The Mission of Diamonds is to educate, motivate, and
discipline young ladies while shaping them into purpose-filled
women of influence.
The purpose of the program is to produce beauty-filled,
charming, successful young ladies who are self confident,
self disciplined and have a sense of self worth, value
and character.
The philosophy beind this program is our belief that
trapped in every young girl is a beautiful woman of
God.
We believe that it is our responsibility to identify, develop,
train, and produce quality influential young ladies
for every position of influence in the world.
The foundation of this philosophy is based on a strong
sense of self-worth, personal values and principles,
and concentration on the following (5) five basic questions:
- Who am I? (Identity)
- Where am I from? (Source, Heritage)
- Why am I here? (Purpose)
- What can I really do? (Potential)
- Where am I really going? (Destiny)
Thus the true essence of education is principally the discovery
of one's self and not the environment. |

I pledge to uphold the name and standards of God, and
to encourage others to become ladies of purpose, potential,
principal and character.
I am a Diamond whose first priority is to seek God, for it
is He who created us. I promise to uphold a standard of dignity
and a sense of pride.
I am a Diamond who believes that in every young woman
there is a purpose-filled woman of influence. We are
Diamonds that see success as our future, purity as our
strength, worship as our foundation and wisdom as our
destiny.
